"The property was spotless! It was so cleaned! You could smell the bleach and see them cleaning the rooms throughly. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was safe and so convient. The shuttle was such a big help and so fast. Super close to the airport, and lots of food places. The free breakfast was delis. Horrible coffee thou lol I would stay here again and again. You can take the shuttle to the mall for food, shopping etc. I also used the ride share app to get around. The lobby’s sells drinks and snacks that was great. I didn’t get is use the pool but we had a pool view and it looked great. There was dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner that i enjoyed using. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfy and clean. 10/10 For cleanliness "

"First and foremost, Anthony the host, did an excellent job making sure my accommodations were exactly as they should be. If even there was a slight issue, he was there to provide answers and help within minutes after a call.Secondly, the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. An extremely clean and comfortable stay, as well as affordable and conveniently located as it was not far from local activities such as hiking trails, nightlife, and beaches, and most importantly for my trip, family. I've already been sharing the information for this stay to friends and family back in the US should they ever want to take a trip to Trinidad. "Home away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again."

"Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this does nit bring the hotel down"

"Absolutely stunning! Peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with facilities. Breakfast available, but bring your own food otherwise. If you get to the North Deck and didn't see it, you've just passed it. Look to the right of the North Deck and proceed to the furthest gate to the right. It's a steep climb by vehicle to access. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth it! Spanish is an asset with the onsite attendant, however, the owner speaks English and is only a call away."

"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate. The housekeeper, Ms. Doris, is a gem! She is so responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. The property is clean, fully equipped, but slightly outdated. There was plenty of storage space, and a large kitchen. The bathroom was large with a standup shower, and hot running water. There is a large "smart" TV and Wifi (a little spotty). We used a VPN to get our local channels and apps. We got a complimentary breakfast every morning. It was a fulfilling local breakfast and a great way to start the day. There were no laundry facility on the premises, but they offered to wash and fold our clothes. The property is secured with a locked gate and there was indoor parking. There is an outdoor plunge pool that is also secured and covered, with a nice seating area. You should consider renting a car because public transportation is not that available. There are rideshare apps, private taxis, and delivery drivers, but the location is still in the "cut". However, I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it to my friends and family."

"I had a great stay at this warm, family-run guesthouse. The room was very comfortable, wifi strong and great running water! The hosts were kind and warm plus the location was excellent. Close enough to downtown but far away enough as well! I definitely will be back next time I roll through T&T!"
