This was an immaculate hotel with great facilities and very efficient, friendly staff. The grounds were all well maintained and just a short walk to the beach. The all inclusive meals were good with plenty of choice for all tastes. I would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, had the touches of an adults only but a really lovely family feel. Very clean, lots of atmosphere and high quality aesthetics. Bit of a remote area but nice hotel beach and convenient public transport outside the resort. Food and drinks variety great, a la carte hard too book so do it on arrival.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and the entertainment team is fantastic. BUT the food quality is terrible. It doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars hotel quality. Same food everyday and nothing special. The hotel is busy so you have no chance to book at A La Carte restaurants. The food repeats everyday and you eat same food twice a day.

I am giving this resort 5 stars as it is indeed a great place. Great food, facilities and entertainment crew. However A couple of things to mention: the pool is 1.5m deep throughout, which makes it for less then enjoyable experience for those of shorter stature. The tile around the pool is super slippery and our kid fell twice, both times hitting his head on day one, after which he was terrified to walk around and wanted to be carried. Bottles/cups/trash around the pool area accumulate and should be picked up more frequently. Despite these couple concerns, we would definitely come back again as the other positives outweigh the few items of concern.

Very busy hotel which results in guests needs being overlooked. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed and problems were not dealt with in a timely fashion. The range and quality of food was really good and much better than other AI places encountered. The drinks quality was average at best but ample drinks stations provided. The BBQ restaurant which was not part of the AI package was not as good as expected. We did encounter a few problems during our stay which was eventually sorted out after a few days and many conversations with various staff members which was rather disappointing and in most other places would have been sorted out immediately. Unfortunately the service was below par and not as we were expecting from a 5 star resort.

Es ist halt ein Cluburlaub. Nicht meins, aber wenn man es mag dann absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, Viel Angebot für Kinder, gute (auch alkoholische) Getränke usw. Wer Cluburlaub nicht mag findet hier alles typische. Große „fresshallen“ wo man sich viel zu viel auf den Teller läd und stehen lässt, Engländer die sich um 10 Uhr morgens den ersten Vodka gönnen usw.

Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Mini fridge stocked daily including extras of the stuff we were using. Great facilities, good edible food at all meal times across all restaurants. Top shelf spirits from friendly bar staff. An outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again. Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again.

The resort is fantastic the rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms with the pool were definitely worth booking as the main pool does get busy. The kids pool is decent and covered to protect the kods from sirect sunlight. Dining was limited as the resort did notnhave all the restuarants that they advertise in operat on as two are still under constrcution. The Italian restaurant which is the all day dining during the say was average pizza were no better than frozen ones to be honest i was expecting something far superior to what they served being a sepcialist 'Italian' option. The moonlight restaurant (their posh 'fine dining') option was a huge let down the service was terrible and being a vegetarian the option were linited and the taste of the dishes were all the same. The buffet restuarant catered well and Chef Stav and Chef Stefan deserve huge credit for catering for us! The Tex-Mex was good the menu only shows burger options but they put a Mexican buffet. The spa although treatment prices were reasonable the spa condition was poor. The sauna had litter, wooden benches were broken. The tropical showers were not working. In additin the steam room smelt really bad with almost a sweage whiff! The gym was good but limited in terms of equipment. They also had a jacuzzi and indoor pool within the spa. But only available to over 16s. Other facilites include kids club, mini golf (9 holes), paddle court, tennis court, archery, outdoor theatre for evening entertainment.

Overall this is a nice hotel but struggles to keep up with newer 5 star hotels in Greece. Sadly the price doesn’t match the quality. It has a fantastic new water park which is fun for all ages. We could not fault the kids club - our children were asking to go which is a novelty for us. It’s a beautiful bright coloured building with aircon and full of structured activities. Our room was average - apparently their highest class of room but it was tired, noisy, four poster bed was very dusty and lacked the luxe. There is no turn down service which is useful for kids. The food is fine if you eat at the a la carte - the main dining hall is loud and chaotic. Drinks are below average - a lot of pre mixed flat cocktails and soft drinks

Ingesamt ist es ein schönes Hotel. Pool und Wasserpark sind super. Zimmer war nah zur Strafe und die Tur hat nicht ausreichend isoliert. Es war deswegen laut bis um 23 Uhr. Essen war mittelmäßig und sehr auf britische Gäste fokussiert. Das italienische Restaurant a la carte war schlecht..
