“The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection? After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. “Very comfy bed and pillows! Nice clean and quiet room. Shampoo and body wash dispensers in shower were very handy. Pool was basic but nice and clean. Breakfast was basic, but had egg omelets, sausages, and potatoes, along with gravy and waffles.”

“Bed was clean and neet bathroom sink clean bathroom clean except the walls . Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !”
