“Disappointing stay with multiple issues:
Unannounced Construction: Severe, disruptive construction noise inside the hotel every day from 9 AM to 5 PM that was never disclosed prior to booking.
False Advertising & Financial Loss: The advertised fitness facility does not exist. I lost money on a pre-booked virtual gym session because of this, and the hotel refused to reimburse the cost.
Poor Service: Room service was unaccommodating and required multiple reminders to get food……
