“We’ve come here a few years in a row now, and we’ll most likely be back! Staff was mostly very helpful and polite. We like the setup in the water and close to old Wilmington so we can easily walk and explore all it has to offer! So glad to have discovered this hotel. Didn’t really like the barking dog in the room next door, but otherwise another great stay.”

“The staff was kind and tried to please everyone. The facility was clean and comfortable! Sliding closet door /bathroom door was not the best idea if someone is trying to get into the closet and someone trying to get out of the bathroom!”

“I LOVED my stay here. I was in town for a concert, but also wanted to walk around downtown and visit the beach. This was a perfect location. The check-in process was easy and the directions were clear. Additionally, it was easy to get in touch with staff to ask questions. The home was beautiful. I loved my room, it was just what I needed with thoughtful touches and lots of natural sunlight streaming through the windows. The grounds were nice and there was a porch with seating and a hammock.
