“I would really like to give a bad review so I have this place all to myself when I get into Knoxville to visit my daughter again. However, it was too great. Incredibly clean, very spacious, and had everything you would need for a trip to the area. It was far enough from downtown where you didn't need to worry about traffic. It is a little far from the campus, but I actually preferred it. The owners went above and beyond to decorate and make this feel like a home. ”

“The location exceeded expectations! Garage parking a block down was inexpensive, and we never needed our car. We walked everywhere and always felt safe—around downtown, down to the river for Calhoun’s barbeque, as well as our favorite outing, the Knoxville Museum of Art. Market Square is right outside the door and offers plenty to do—Tuesday night free outdoor concert, Wednesday morning farmer’s market, shady spots to enjoy Cruze Farm ice cream, shopping & meals.
