We had an issue at check in with the room not being the one we booked and the staff made sure to get us taken care of and in the type of room we had booked within 20 minutes. The breakfast choices and food were better than most as well. The only thing that would have been better is a bigger pool and to have had a hot tub but other than that it exceeded our standards! ”
