The house was fantastic. MGM Properties was a disaster - literally. The house was easy to stay at, accommodated our group well, in a great location. It was exactly what we wanted. We came home from lunch to a floor full of water. A leak in the main floor bathroom was dripping about 1 gallon ever 3 hours. We contacted the management company and heard nothing back from them for nearly 10 hours. Meanwhile, the water damaged the ceiling in the basement because we couldn't stop the flow. We contacted them through "their" platform and also through VRBO - with no response. I contacted VRBO help and they also could not get a response.I stayed up most of the night, emptying the pans we used to capture the water, in an attempt to prevent the damage. All of this was met with no response from MGM Properties. When they did finally respond mid day the next day, they said it was only a small leak and not important... To say I would stay away from MGM Properties is an understatement.
