The shower leaked. Water everywhere and had to request extra towels to mop up the floor. Room is serviced once a week although we were booked for 3 days. Had to request the service of the room We left the property a day early due to the shower leaking and forfeited the 3rd day’s accommodation. Believe this property is below standard and should be rated 1 star. Would NOT recommend this property for any length of stay.

The motel was very tired and worn, in need of a make-over. The motel is on the corner of a very busy road, and the traffic was noisy all night. The airconditioner was a box wall one, and very loud. I did find the fan in the corner for some air flow - I couldn't leave the window open due to the noise of the highway. Check in was fine - I arrived after hours and my key was in a lockbox. I left very early, so did not see any staff the whole time I was there. There was limited information in the motel about guest facilities or procedures.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! The room was completely filthy dirt and hair in all the corners of the bathroom, a shoe print and hair in the shower and the toilet paper had the tear line from the previous user. There was large areas of the walls that had been damaged, the carpet had white marks on it. I felt completely unsafe and returned my room key and checked out 20 minutes after arrival. The lady at the desk was arrogant and it is falsely advertised there is no bar and no breakfast no close cafes. This is the worst I have ever been to.

I thought there may have been cutlery, plates, or dishes. Aircon was good. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, clean linen.

Extremely noisy, no numbered parking, air conditioner was so noisy you literally couldn’t sleep. People yelling and fighting in the motel car park. Zero water pressure when a shower is all you want after travelling for over 7 hours. No phone reception at all inside the rooms so all calls & texts had to be made outside with the mosquitos and undesirable’s lurking around. Beds were clean but the place is so old & run down and the location sounds, looks & feels so unsafe!!

The whole apartment was not what's advertised. Split level with some creepy stairs my 3-year-old couldn't climb, lights didn't work in an already very dark apartment. Not a comfortable feel while in the place for the children. They were referring to a creepy door under the staircase, just really bad vibes and when expressed we were uncomfortable and moving to another hotel, we weren't granted our refund. Very disappointing but as a mum and 3 children I wouldn't recommend.

Air-con was so noisy we couldn't turn it on. Pool was green and BBQ disgusting. The only thing I liked about this place was the soft pillows and towels.

Upon my arrival it looked dirty, and appeared to be used for emergency housing as there was obviously some semi permanent occupants, broken down cars in the alley adjacent, old dirty mattresses in the courtyard of one of the units, lots of people out the front smoking. I decided to get a hotel elsewhere.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Family Room adjacent the highway. Due to the proximity to traffic lights (& stopping traffic), the traffic noise was quite bad even with the window closed. Seemed to be little soundproofing. The wall mounted AC unit was also very loud when on the cooling function, and at times made loud scraping/turning noises continuously. I suspect it was in need of a service. When I reported this to management, I was basically told "the sound of the AC is better than listening to the traffic noise" and "it's a wall-mounted AC unit, and so it's going to be noisy". I feel like my bad experience was basically downplayed and dismissed and my comment about servicing the AC unit (for the next person's comfort) didn't seem to be taken on board. The room was relatively cheap, and I am thankful for that, but given my experience I am not very keen to stay there again.

I stayed in a standard room, which was on the side opposite to the highway so i was not effected by the traffic noise. It was cheap so good value. I didn't have any issues with room cleanliness, it seemed fine in that regard. One recommended improvement is to have the wifi details accessible in the room as that is normal practice, i didn't even think of it at check in and then was only mainly back at the motel outside of standard hours so was reluctant to hassle somebody just to get the password when i thought of it. My only real issue mainly related to security of the vehicle parking and noise from people outside their rooms. After i left and was driving north, i found two things with my car (a trayback ute) that indicated that somebody had been touching the exterior - albeit with no actual damage, just a few things that had been fiddled with. On my final night, i also heard some noise from people outside their rooms when trying to sleep. Wasnt a big deal but a bit of an annoyance.

Well located, well priced and completely adequate
Accommodation is well located adjacent to the CBD. Room was clean and the bathroom recently renovated. There was some degree of traffic noise from the adjacent Bruce highway which necessitated the window being closed and the air-con on to sleep.

Easy to find, park and quite central to everything. Good if you just need somewhere easy to check in and stay for the night. Nothing fancy, but that’s fine, room and beds are clean and comfortable enough. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Difficult to open door and lock. Screen door did not lock. Shutters were broken. A/C not working correctly. Ceiling fan not secure. Tiles broken in bathroom. Soap holder broken in shower. Worlds smallest tv in lounge. Furniture was all damaged. Dryer in bathroom. Bathroom tiles slippery. Washing machine in kitchen. No hot water!! Laundry sink in kitchen. The worst travelling and business accommodation that I have ever stayed in. And I have travelled for over 40 years. Your advertising is fraudulent and in no way represents the actually condition of the unit. Peter Lecompte

Staff, lovely! Great location! Room - enough space for the 2 of us, quiet (away from the main road) Air con - nice a cold but made dripping noises, constantly! TV- not many channels worked, had sound but no image (even after tune) remote full on tape, sticky and dusty. Glasses/mugs looked dirty so didnt use them. Bathroom - great supplies of shower gel, shampoo conditioner and soap! Unfortunately the bathroom walls and ceiling mouldy and unclean. Beds - felt like bugs where biting/crawling on us all night! Felt like springs when gone, when sitting on the edge of the bed. Parking- Not enough park/room ratio! We had to park away from our room, which was okay but inconvenient. Unfortunately due to the mould and itchy bed, I wouldnt stay there again.

Unfortunately because of the location the traffic can be a little loud, however it is a very convenient location. Its close to the airport and shops etc. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your business and hope to see you in the future.
