Situado en el quinto piso con ascensor de un edificio de época, en una de las calles más famosas de la ciudad y a pocos pasos de la escalinata de la Plaza de España, el apartamento de lujo, amplio y luminoso consta de 3 grandes dormitorios dobles, un amplio salón con cocina y dos baños (uno de ellos en suite). El apartamento dispone de conexión wi-fi y aire acondicionado.

Very spacious well appointed home

Everything about this day was perfect from the Host meeting us and showing us around, recommending restaurants, etc., and showing us how everything in the home worked. I highly recommend staying here.

This place was amazing. We were 6 adults . Walked to most sights. The street is very busy with traffic at night for the front roomSo exhausted from the day we slept good anyway. Check in easy and restaurants within easy walk. Would recommend staying here on return visits. Thanks so much for your VRBO.

The check in process was smooth, and communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The property was well stocked with starter supplies and the kitchen had all we needed. The property was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet while still being centrally located. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Excellent location and plenty of room for 7 people. 3 large bedrooms. Small packet of washing powder would have been helpful. We thought soap and shampoo would be available.Check in service to drop off luggage earlier than 3pm is needed.

Not an elevated experience and unaccommodating property managers

This was our least favorite place for our family of 4 during our 4 stops in Italy. We picked the home because it looked beautiful in pictures but we found it to be tired with old and dated furniture, old uncomfortable beds and a very dated kitchen. We also were immediately put off by the rude property managers that begun their communications with "we are not concierges" which was the theme of the stay including when we arrived at 3:30pm (with the check in time of 3), they said that they would send someone at 4pm to let us in - that was the the best they could do. Luckily for us, someone met u at 3:45pm as we were outside in the heat with all of our bags. They also did not allow any extended check out (from 10am!) and refused to help us by storing bags. I do not recommend - and I have never posted a negative review in all my years on VRBO. AVOID

Gorgeous apartment with large rooms and comfy beds. Elevator to our floor was helpful with luggage. Good location to tour Rome. Delicious dining options all around. It really is just steps away from the Spanish Steps - go later at night for great views and less crowds.

Spacious apartment near the Spanish Steps

We arrived by train and walked 20 minutes to this beautiful apartment near the Spanish Steps. A Metro stop is nearby that could have saved some luggage bangs. The apartment was very spacious for Rome and was very comfortable. The local manager that let us in was very informative.

Spacious and perfect location!

This property was in pristine condition. Very clean, very modern, and LOTS of space for 6 people! It was in a great location within walking distance of all major attractions. Great food in the area, especially local cafes that were not overrun by tourists. The host recommended a great dinner restaurant which was our favorite night at dinner. The check in process was super easy and we were lucky to check in as soon as our plane arrived! I 100% recommend the driver service from the airport as it made our arrival very smooth. I appreciated the clear and speedy communication as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Rome!

Amazing Spanish steps flat!

This property is just gorgeous! Its spacious and elegant with everything you need for an amazing stay in Rome. A 3 minute walk to the top of the Spanish steps and minutes from many other sites. Check in was very professional and all instructions were very clear.

Wonderful two weeks!

Three of us stayed at this property for two weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better property or location! The apartment is huge, with plenty of space and tons of natural light. The owners were very responsive when we had questions, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Very Cool Apartment in a Great Location

We loved this HUGE apartment!! The location was amazing with historic sites within walking distance in every direction. Each person we encountered at the rental agency was lovely and helpful, too. Just a great experience all around!

Worth it

Great location, spacious for the 6 of us. Loved the washer/dryer combo and the air conditioners. Easy check in/ out, multiple options nearby for buses or the metro. Would recommend!

Apartment is large, clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate for minor cooking, we did not use. Paper products and towels/sheets provided. Great location right near Spanish Steps. Easy check-in, help with obtaining driver from airport. Highly recommend! Worked well for 3 couples.
