“Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. “For the price of the room this place was great. It had everything you needed. It doesn't have a lot of extras. Granted it's not a five-star hotel but it had a TV, it had a makeshift fireplace, and a cabinet. It had a nice desk/table, mini refrigerator, microwave. The room was not perfect as far as the walls there's some spots that might need to be painted but to me that's nothing. The bed was nice and comfortable no lumps. Overall it was a nice stay. I would give this five stars. Not based on...
