“Lovely big cosy place and very handy to rotorua”

“We traveled as a family of 4 through NZ. Stayed in Rotorua for 2 days. The home was just a few miles/KM from almost anywhere in the town. The home was spacious with more than enough room for the four of us and the kids had their own rooms with two additional rooms available. The kitchen and dining area worked well. “Lovely, cosy bach. Well equipped kitchen. The separate outside bedrooms gave every one space and privacy. The lake was beautiful to look at and swim in. A really peaceful retreat.”

“This home is large and well appointed. Big living room, 3 bedrooms (2 queen and one with 2 singles) and two bathrooms plus a small but comfortable outdoor space with hot tub. Close to grocery stores and major attractions. Easily big enough for a family group or two couples. An excellent choice.”

“Bath and spa great. Comfortable beds, lovely place and clean, a lot supplied. Though parties friday night, house next to us same property, then next door, another property, saturday night to 3,30am, then they turned down volumne. Other nights quiet, great location.”

“Such a beautifully presented and spectacularly located holiday home. We had a fantastic time and some much needed rest and relaxation. “Lisa(Host) was awesome to deal with. Loved the place this main house was located at. Beautiful garden and it’s surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back to stay her if we are ever in Rotorua. But, the smell inside the house needs a refresher or odour clean. It’s definitely needs some maintenance as there are some things that’s broken (pool table room), some rooms need a change in carpet or upgrade”
