Cathy went out of her way in helping us get a date changed (due to our input error) when booking an extra night. Manager also was excellent in getting our error resolved. "This is a new frills,, close to the beach, hotel with great access to restaurants and other attractions on the Rehoboth Boardwalk.Great side view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to get on the beach. Staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early since the room was available. Would definitely stay here since it’s an incredibly good value for the money."

"The hotel is dated, however; the staff were working and cleaning the whole time we were there. They are super friendly and the place is very well kept. If you are a beach person this is the hotel to stay at. You can bring food and cook, right on the beach, or eat at the restaurant right in the hotel. No crowds and quiet area. "
