The elevators were unfortunately out of order during my stay, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me with a 3rd-floor room instead of the 5th, which I really appreciated. This hotel's location is walkable to many restaurants and entertainment venues. A short Uber ride for me to the heart of downtown for a minor league baseball game and riverfront concert series. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience.
