“The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City, making it a convenient choice for sightseeing. However, our stay had several inconveniences. We were assigned a room on the third floor, but the elevator was out of service due to ongoing construction. For a family traveling with children, this was especially difficult since we had to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then use the stairs to reach the third floor. The complimentary breakfast had very limited……

“Property is fine for an overnight if you have plans in the area. It's basic, clean and gets the job done. Hot breakfast was nice. The pool was dark so we didn't use it. Part of the lot is shared with HoJo, but you can drive around the back and park too - don't let the entrance confuse you. It's right behind the MAPCO station. Receptionist wasn't friendly at all, but once we had our room keys we didn't need to interact with her again.”

“Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Paint chipping off the walls and bathroom was in need of repair from water damage. Carpet was stained - in need of cleaning. Staff was friendly. Park was good. Did not have breakfast. Ice machine broken.”

“We absolutely love this hotel! It’s unique, clean, and convenient. This is definitely a family friendly place with games in the lobby area and rooms. Parking is available directly across the street in a covered parking deck. Restaurant/cafe onsite. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Safe area.”

“Stay was amazing and staff were very helpful. However, it was little towards pricy because you have to pay for each and everything in the room that you use. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay.”

“This hotel exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless, modern, and looked brand new. Our room was incredibly spacious, with two queen beds, a full kitchen, a comfortable couch, and a desk—plenty of room to relax. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was an omelet station, a coffee drink machine with specialty coffees, a yogurt station, cereal, a wide variety of breads, and so many other delicious options. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever……

“The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.”

“Very cute and clean room. The dining area has a cottage vibe where an amazing fresh breakfast is served. We want to go back for more days and stay in one of the cottages.”

“We loved it so much we booked another night on our drive through heading back home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog when we can, and this hotel couldn't be more pet friendly. The check-in is at the bar and they great you with a 2coins good for 2 bar drinks. We walked over to Good Fellas for some pizza and actually brought a slice back and ate it in the lobby. Also within walking distance is the Choo Choo ...there is a great coffee shop and other……
