The breakfast was a cup of coffee and 2 toast with butter nothing else You have to call to get in the hotel and i was waiting for 2 hours in order to get responde, the front door is lock with a phone number to call for me this is the worst hotel i ever been "

"The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. Your description of the hotel was incorrect...there is no bar!"

"Un alojamiento que esta correcto para hacer una parada rapida en el camino, calidad precio lo más economico que encontramos y admiten mascota, esto es lo mejor, ya que en pocos sitios los admiten. El desayuno bien, poca variedad pero esta correcto, lo unico la bolleria, muy industrial y mal sabor. Pero en general muy recomendable, pegado al centro y cómodo para aparcar en alrededores."

The Ice cream puddings were delicious and the wine too. Fabulous Rooms, a gorgeous quirky building and a lovely lounge to sprawl in, with netflix if you wanted it on a big screen - we happily retired to the sofa without TV though. It was a wonderful end to another days cycling through Spain and so...

The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many...

"Easy to find and ideal location from the main Valladolid train station. Reception/restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful (also spoke English well).
General cleanliness excellent, lovely ambience and nice classic decor. Fresh towels and bed made daily. Tea/coffee/water provided in room and in reception area.

"This was really pleasant. From the start, the girl who checked us in was helpful and super friendly. The hotel has a space for lounging where there is a sofa and big tv that feels like home. There is also a patio that is relaxing as well. Juice, coffee, tea and fruit is available to guests. This is a nice perk. This hotel feels like a boutique hotel. We really loved it!"

"Ideal hotel for me. Out of the crowd. Tuck in a quiet alley and beautiful view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities is great. Shower space is spacious. Parking is available from the hotel and 15 euros per day. It is a covered carpark and connected to the hotel.
The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate very much their prompt assistance to my needs. Will return to this hotel for sure on my next visit.

"I spent just one night at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center.
A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area."
