“While the air conditioning was not cooling real well, the host provided multiple fans which made our stay more comfortable. We loved the location and general comfort of the apartment!”

“Super clean and efficient studio. The bed was comfortable. It is in the basement, so be prepared to hear footsteps upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and some cookware and coffee pot, but there are no basic food items (oil, morning coffee supply, etc). We weren’t planning to cook, but if you are, make sure you bring everything necessary. ”

“This property was ideal for our stay in Chicago. Cannot say enough good things about the location- it was perfect. Easy access to Wrigley and the Redline. Only problem we had was loud tenants in adjoining unit into the wee hours of the morning. BUT despite that still highly highly recommend!”

“This property location is perfect. Exactly as advertised. It is on a quiet street right around the corner from Wrigley Field. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids with my parents. We would for sure stay here again!! ”

“This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, quite except for the ambulances which is expected in the city. The location is great. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking.”

“Large and spacious shared space and living room, lots of amenities like blankets, pillows, and towels. Comfortable beds and many beds and couches. AC in every room. Fantastic place to stay”
