Very pleasant.
The property is nice. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and the furniture is all very comfortable. It is a great location for TIEC. All appliances worked well including the AC! The only issue we had was the size of the bath towels. They were clean but a tad small even for my kids. Overall, though, I will likely visit again!

Perfect location!
We've stayed in this gated community several times, and my daughter and wife preferred this location toward the front of the neighborhood. This cabin was exactly what they were hoping for in accommodations for a summer horse show at Tryon. Thanks for the hospitality!

The house was in a good location for us, close to TIEC. We were disappointed at the condition of some areas of the property. The carpets were terribly stained and a few broken items in the only bathroom. We won’t rent here again.

Lovely home, great location, excellent communication
We had a lovely stay in this quiet well-located home. We really appreciated how quiet it is, and how comfortable the beds are. The communication with Boyd was excellent. There were a few issues we identified on check in-- a mildewed smelly shower curtain, no large pans in the kitchen, a clogged tub drain, and no working smoke detectors. Boyd went out of his way to address each of these asap, no matter that it was a long holiday weekend. We weren't able to mount the smoke detector he delivered, so hopefully that's put in place for the next guests. Overall, we were really grateful for this home, and won't hesitate to stay there again when we come back to visit family in the area.

We stayed here comfortably during the almost foot of snow in Jan 2022 and couldn’t have booked a better place. Comfortable, cozy, and clean for our family of 2 adults and 3 small children. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, and easily accessible from the main roads. We’ll be back again!

Even better than described
This is a gem of a space in a gem of a place. The cabin is delightfully commodious, well-appointed and architecturally pleasing to the eye. Kitchen has everything one could want for a vacation stay. There's even a cubby filled with games from days of yore. The wrap-around porch allowed for morning rocking, reading and listening to the redolent life round about. And the side deck offered a grill and tables with ample seating for friends to safely visit outside. And the cabin is within walking distance of a private park on the Green River. What's not to love!
