“Es un lugar precioso para ir a descansar y disfrutar de una auténtica experiencia tradicional japonesa. El personal es súper atento (aunque solo hay una persona que habla bien inglés), la mayoría de personas que atienden son señoras mayores y son muy lindas, van explicando todo lo que te dan o sirven. La comida es deliciosa, nosotros pedimos de cena el menú tradicional japonés con anticipación y fue exquisito con 10 tiempos de comida, cada uno con una sensación distinta y al mismo tiempo...

“The hotel it's small but super clean and well done. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom huge. The only thing is that is on a quiet neighborhood so it's like 20 minute walk to the canal and Nishiki market but still centric enough. Also, the futon sounds like a good idea until the second night and your hips are dying...just saying. It's not as easy as you think if you are 35 or older...”

“We were a little surprised how well this hotel was rated. It wasn't bad, just not as exceptional as the ratings reflect. There were only 2 pillows in the room, and when I ask for more the staff informed me there were none. At a hotel? No pillows? The room was clean enough, but not spotless. There were dirty spots on the carpet and visible dust on furniture. However, it's not a bad place. So it's tricky to rate. The location is great and it's quiet and safe. The room is spacious for Japanese...
