“This hotel is like Jaro same layout a lot of people. It was too crowded especailly at the swimming pool and hallways. And since there are a lot of kids it is very noisy and I was not able to sleep. We satyed at room 120. Disappointment scenarios that need to be addressed asap among the staff. I. I was asking for a bathtub mat because I have a disability and it was slippery when I took the shower reception said "if they have it they will bring it to our room but to no avail no one cared. 2. “They show on website is the Nordic spa as their pool however that is separate and reduced spa hours, that you have to pay, the pool they have is small nothing fancy but they do have a pool”

Don't appreciate other guests on the side walk with their lawn chairs chatting almost outside of our window. Clean enough but not worth the cost. Staff were very helpful.”
