On the 3rd floor, facing north/west, this apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Both the living room and the bedroom provide access to a small balcony with outdoor furniture. TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and a swimming pool are available. \* 15% discount throughout the year for stays of 15 consecutive days or more (except from July 5, 2025 to August 23, 2025) \* Various services are available to be booked at the same time as the rental: \- Linen rental (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price depends on the number of weeks.
