Great location and a well designed building with well appointed gym. The unit I rented could not be entered because host gave me wrong access code, dirty laundry left on the floor, was poorly maintained, dirty, no top sheet on bed, comforter was stained and unwashed, long dark hair throughout bathroom, TV was broken, internet cut out after first night, coffee maker is gross inside and no washcloth for a mismatched towel set.

This property was disappointing: the listing is inaccurate. Nothing irks me like dishonesty, and it's rough to start a stay with sleeping set-up that does not match the listing. The property was listed as a studio that could sleep three with two beds. The fine print in the listing noted one queen bed and one sofa bed. (I even went back to double check and confirm I hadn't missed something!). Upon arrival it became clear that the "sofa bed" was just a small couch -- not long enough for me or my 13-year old to stretch out on, and it did not pull-out into a sofa bed. I reached out to the listing contact to confirm that I wasn't missing something related to the pull out mechanism; they confirmed that it is a couch not a sofa bed/pull out bed. They said "Sorry if we are unable to meet your expectations" -- which is a fascinating response given the LISTING sets the expectations. They suggested I look for the air mattress on the shelving unit. . .not a satisfactory response in my book. Wifi did not work upon arrival; they were able to route us to a different guest network. The fire alarm in the unit had been removed. While the listing notes parking, beware you will have to pay for it. I received a message 1-2 days ahead noting a daily parking fee that I would have to pay directly to the VRBO owners. The location is nice. The building is nice. The 13th floor space including gym and co-working space is excellent.

Was in town for conference and served its purpose well with good location from the convention center. Well priced compared to other hotel rooms and nice gym to use. Overall for the cost, it was a great place to stay and would recommend to others as well as return myself likely.

The location and view were so great! This little studio was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed our stay in the heart of down town. However, the AC didn’t seem to want to cool the room off below maybe like 75 and sleeping next to the window was hot. Even with all the blinds and curtains closed. Also, The bed was sunken down in the middle. My girl and I kept getting stuck in the middle of the bed. It would have been a pretty comfortable bed except for that. The floor seemed pretty dirty too. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped maybe in a while and the air vents were covered in dust and lint. The room definitely needed a little clean up before we got there.

Wonderful and spotlessly clean

My partner and I stayed for one night and everything was truly easy and exactly what was shown in the pictures.The check in was simple, easy to follow instructions and very supportive.In suite washer and dryer was so convenient.Excellent location, parking right on site and truly a great stay.Would totally stay here again if back in Salt Lake City!
