Welcome to Casa Barma, our vacation home with a gorgeous pool located between Samara and Nosara.

The Casita is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and nature of Costa Rica with your family, far away from the tourist crowds yet only 10 km from downtown Samara. The peaceful, idyllic beach of Playa Barco Quebrado is just a 10-minute walk away or less than a 5-minute drive—the perfect base for beach and nature lovers, with a large property and a secluded location.

The Accommodation
For us, Casa Barma is a second home that we’ve furnished with a lot of love. We’re excited to share this home with other travelers. Inside, you’ll find numerous amenities—such as snorkeling gear, beach games, and more—all available for your use.

The open-concept living and dining area creates a cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen with a bar area is perfect for cooking together. Large cabinets provide ample storage space for your groceries, and the refrigerator features a large XL freezer compartment. A washing machine is also located in the covered outdoor area, along with several clotheslines for drying, all of which can be used free of charge.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Outside, there’s an outdoor shower adjacent to the pool. It’s perfect for rinsing off the salt water and sand after a long day at the beach, so you can then fully enjoy the cool water in the pool.

The outdoor area also features a separate fire pit, a large grill, a spacious seating area, and outdoor lighting. Barbecue evenings with delicious fish—maybe even from your own catch—await you.

The house features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to an en suite bathroom. There’s also a workspace in the living room with a keyboard, mouse, and laptop stand. (Perfect for working from home)

The other two bedrooms are each equipped with a queen-size bed and a closet. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The house features a sunny terrace and an XXL outdoor seating area, from which you can peacefully observe howler monkeys in the trees and hummingbirds at the flowers above. The house’s sunny clearing is surrounded by mature trees with a wide variety of species. From anteaters in the garden to raccoons and howler monkeys, here you’re part of nature!

The covered outdoor seating area offers plenty of space to relax and is equipped with a large outdoor dining area as well as comfortable pool loungers. You can also unwind in peace from the hammock.
