"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "In the amenities list when i pick the hotel said the room had AC and when we arrived the property have not AC they rent us a fan for 10€ per day and i think is not fair because they send me a message the check in day explaining me the rules of the property and the charges of each thing, and that’s not fair because i pick a property with the services they show in the beginning so i think is not fair, the rest is a good place in a very good barcelona area."

"Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! About 5 min walk to the Metro, 10-15 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They provided a gift basket of some food staples, which was fantastic, and had the apartment very clean and ready early, which was exactly what was needed after a long trip. "Was left standing outside for 1/2 an hour in the rain waiting for someone to let us in. We clearly communicated our arrival time and and gave the host warning that we were 1/2 an hour, 10 mins away. Still had to wait outside with our bags. WIFI was terrible. Was hard to send messages / stream content. Walls are very thin! 3 rooms share walls and you can hear coughing / movement between the walls. Not very comfortable / private. "

"We loved the location of this property; with it being a little bit outside of the hub bub of the city where it was more quiet, but with easy access to the metro to get anywhere we wanted to go. The check-in process was super smooth, and the host was always very attentive. Would stay there again!"

"In short: the only good thing of this flat is the location.Poor acoustic insulation from the rest of the flat. The bathroom is a disaster: no door, no extraction fan and the shower needs a good plumber.Overcomplicated check-in for no reason even though the host had both our passports. For the price, I was expecting a lot better"
