“I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything...

“Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.”

“We loved the house! The heated pool was amazing, there was also plenty of room for the whole family. Our only complaint was the mattresses are terrible and could use an update, and the stupid door alarms into the backyard are horribly annoying. We'd definitely stay there again. Oh, and please streamline your documentation that we are required to sign. I really don't need to initial all 40 pages. It's a bit too much.”

“While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!”

“There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!”
