“Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. ”

“Small, but cute place. Not ideal for teen kids (mine were not enthused), but would have been nice for a couple. Hot tub was nice n hot and clean! No frills or extras - don't forget to bring snacks. There is biting near by!”

“Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival. ”

“This property is well located relative to public transport and local throughways to access downtown San Francisco as well as surrounding Bay Area attractions. The rooms, kitchen & bath are very clean & well-maintained. The proprietor is extremely responsive and provided multiple tips for navigating the unit as well as the local area. 5-star experience all the way!”

“The place was perfect for 2 people. The only thing that I thought was different was that the bathroom was upstairs. I only say that because in the middle of the night I get lazy and want the bathroom at arms reach. We did not have time to enjoy the backyard even thought the second day was absolutely beautiful spring like day. Enjoyed the stay very much.”

We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future.
