With an **optional onsite parking** area with direct access by elevator, the Palace I is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located on a first floor. It has a spacious living room with a designer dining area and an open concept kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room faces a spacious **balcony** with an outdoor dining area for 4 guests. The apartment has **air conditioning both in the living room and in each bedroom.** There are **three bedrooms** in the apartment, two of them with two single beds each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. The bedrooms in the apartment face a beautiful open courtyard that ensures a quiet and fresh atmosphere. There are **two fully equipped bathrooms**, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. The first bathroom has a spacious shower while the second bathroom has a nice bathtub.
