We did not like their attitude-
I enjoy booking with Expedia for the convenience and efficiency, but seemed like booking with third party was a negative ! The hotel is on harbour- but we got the worst room - facing windows of another building. Our flight arrived early - check in is 3:00 pm - understandable that we have to wait - but absolutely no courtesy of even a few minutes earlier.
We were there for one night only, getting on a cruise ship next day. Checkout was at 11:00 next morning, literally rushed us out.
Something was just not right-
