The young lady on reception was very good and extremely helpful. The room was small but adequate for our needs. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice, the staff through out were pleasant and friendly. I would recommend The Wight to anyone.

I basically look for 4 things. A decent bed to sleep on, washing facilities in the room, a TV to sometimes watch, and a quality breakfast in the morning. I couldn't fault anything, it was all excellent. Plus they have other activities, swimming pool, games room, snooker room and lots more. Staff were absolutely brilliant and helped me anytime I asked a question. It was my first time on the island for over 50 years. There's a bar for drinking with an area also for live music, all together. It was perfect for me.

Great hotel for families

It's a great place for a short stay with family. The pool is a plus. There is a good breakfast and great service. With your car, you can get to any other place on the island in a reasonable time.
