“I didn’t get to stay. I arrived and was told I didn’t have a reservation and was hung up on. Expedia called them and they didn’t answer them. Eventually I got a refund and had to go to a hotel ”

“Horrible experience, bed was filthy with hair all over the place. Pillows full of dust. Shower was clogged. Balcony door broken. Apartment is on the 10th floor and elevator was broken. Also the address doesn’t appear on GPS, which makes it almost impossible to find that apartment. We Left the apartment next morning and never got reimbursed. Manager offer to clean up and fixed apartment but I said no I wanted a different place he said nothing else was available. They never answer my text again.”

“Everything was very clean and as described. Juan came very quickly when we needed a crib set up and explained how to use a few of the features. He was very responsive with questions leading up to the trip and even contacted us regarding something we accidentally left in the house. Really above and beyond.”
