The staff was very professional, accommodating, and warm. The food and drinks were excellent. The views at breakfast and in the evenings at sunset were beautiful. I highly recommend choosing to stay at North Santorini.

One possible improvement, the private pools are not heated. When we stayed this resulted in the water being very cold. Looked beautiful but not enjoyable to actually go in.

Absolutely magnificent! I loved everything about this property, and most importantly the staff. Georgia and Thomas at the reception were very welcoming and so helpful. All the servers were great as well, especially Amza who was very attentive to our needs every time we were dining. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff especially Georgia. Hotel is very nice and quiet. Perfect for honeymooners. Staff are very helpful and polite. Went out of their to make us feel comfortable. I liked that they are very practical too. You can ask the reception for any service using WhatsApp! Renting an ATV or airport transfer was super easy.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Clean, organized, relaxing. The staff were exceptional: 24 hour service and you can text them with ANYTHING you need. During our stay we actually locked ourselves out of the room (oops loll) and the staff handled the situation PERFECTLY. Just an amazing hotel and amazing staff. 10/10

Incredible hotel!

This hotel was definitely the highlight of our whole trip in Santorini. From the esquisite room, to the incredible view, to the service and the food, there is nothing I can really fault. If you are wondering which hotel to go to for your trip, this is definitely the one. Notably, the Peruvian/Japanese cuisine at the hotels restaurant Akau was amazing. Also, the spa and treatments were perfect, one of the best messages I have ever had. We are so happy that we chose this hotel for our honeyoon.

This is a gorgeous property with spectacular panoramic views! The suites are the way to go. However, closet space was scarce. Also room service was horrible I don’t think they’ve mastered the art and convenience of in room dining, so dine sat the restaurants inside.

The staff was amazing. The hotel has beautiful views and has a very tranquil vibe. We chose our room so we could enjoy our private hot tub but the water was too cold to enjoy. Our stay was in April so we were here at the beginning of the season. I'm sure in summer, the cooler water will be appreciated. I did not like the breakfast ordering system. You must order the night before even if you are eating in the dining room. They were however, very accommodating when I changed my order the next morning.

Lovely stay for our honeymoon, the staff’s attentiveness to and communication with us were both equally convenient and compassionate. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service as a former service/hospitality employee myself. The spa and gym facilities were beautifully maintained and super supportive of our much needed R&R. Parking on site for our rental was readily was available and easily accessible. Please try the wagyu burger and katsu-style chicken sandwich for lunch, trust me. And if you’re into gin - they make an impeccable Hendrick’s lemonade with mastiha for the Balkan flare. However, we experienced 2 minor inconveniences: 1) early check-in does not seem to be a thing here, it took several hours for our room to be turned over and ready (granted we arrived about half an hour prior to normal checkout and it was reportedly a busy logistical day for them, 2) the ants in the room, one night I found a bunch crawling over my shorts on the couch; another night we found a swarm of ants hiding under the coffee machine in the room (however, the staff was super responsive and quick to come and clean out the area for us). These were the only reasons we didn’t give 5 stars across the board. Otherwise, looking forward to coming back to stay in Pyrgos to explore more of the island, efharisto

The highlight of Santorini was this hotel/spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with absolute royalty. I can’t say I’ve ever had better service anywhere and I’ve traveled quite a bit. Santorini is a beautiful island, and this place is absolutely worth it. Additionally, the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 I’d highly recommend.

Great for a romantic get away

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, they arranged everything we needed via whatsapp. We had a room with our own pool and I can highly recommend that. The room was spacious and elegant with no disturbance in any way from other visitors to the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and really nice. I can highly recommend this hotel to couples for a romantic get away.
