"Property was clean and perfect for a quiet getaway! Close to all activities that Serenbe offers, yet we had the feeling of being in our own cabin in the woods! Would definitely come back and stay in the Carriage house again! Absolutely 5 star rating!"

"We love staying at Serenbe and this home was no exception. Beautifully decorated and clean, located in the heart of Serenbe and walking distance to most everything. The property manager was exceptional in responding quickly and helping organize some activities. "

"The stay was suspect from the start. There was no communication with the host at all until after I had already gotten access to the property by another individual staying at a property adjacent. I was a little skeptical, but the family staying in the large lake house stated that they were able to reach the host and could let me in. I did not have a back up option & with no way to contact the host directly, I really had not choice but to trust it and stay.There was no communication with the host...

"We never stayed. The contact person never gave us a key. She first claimed she didn't hv a vrbo then claimed she never received the money. In contacting vrbo they said they could not find us a new place until the next day. We had two infants and had bought groceries. We had to then rent a hotel room. I am totally disgusted. How could you let this happen. I feel we should be compensated for the money 180.00 we spent on groceries. This woman should be reported. This is fraud!"
