“Perfect place to be! It has everything to make your stay feel like home. Our stay was a fairly lengthy one, so I would say that I can give a very honest review. It was our peace in the midst of a storm...only a 7 minute drive from the Royal University Hospital....beautifully decorated. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded to all our questions/requests quickly. Very thankful for this place!”

“This is a basement suite in a 1 yr old home. Suite is spacious enough and well appointed. Location is on Far East side of Saskatoon but since the city very smal and traffic flows along smoothly, we were maybe 12 minutes from university and 15 from downtown. Less than that to airport/arena. Convenience stores and fuel very close. Initial entry smooth and simple. If we ever need lodging in sktoon again we will definitely stay here”

“This was our second time staying at the Canary House, and we loved our stay just as much as the first time. This cute little house is perfectly located so that you can easily get to where ever you need to get to in the city. The home is fully stocked with everything that you will need, and the hosts are fantastic. They even came and shovelled us out of three feet of snow after a record snowfall in Saskatoon! I stayed here with my sister while visiting family and we were both felt so comfortable...

“Parking at the rear wasn't shoveled out, but it was okay because I was able to park in the driveway off the street. Bare essentials only, no sink or water available in studio. No problem, we brought our own. Small bathroom. Remote battery for TV was dead. Overall a good stay for the price.”

“The beds were very comfortable, which was the most important thing to us. The pictures on the website showed an above ground pool in the backyard, which is no longer there. A dishwasher would have been nice. The unit was pretty clean and in a nice area of the city. Overall, I would recommend it.”
