“My spouse and I specifically stayed here with the intention of kayaking the river back to their dock, then biking back up the nearby bike trail back to retrieve our car, drive to dinner in Bedford, and head back to the farm for a well-earned night's sleep. ...AND OUR PLAN WORKED! “The house was very small but clean and stocked with the things you would expect to be there. The hosts were great - Very friendly and very responsive to questions or concerns. Our primary complaint was the quality of the furniture in the living room. While it was very clean and looked nice, sitting on it was quite uncomfortable. The cushions were very deep and very broken down. Even the cushioning on the armrest was broken down so that when you put your arm on it you were resting on the wood...

“Four friends celebrating a 50th birthday...This property is amazing! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a perfect stay. One of the nicest touches was nice, simple white robes for time out at the immaculate hot tub and fire pit. Wood was provided as well! We would recommend this property! A 12 on a scale of 1-10!”

“Gary does a great job making sure this house is CLEAN, and well-stocked! Not "in town", but not far, either - and so very, very quiet! Seeing the deer was fun, too. The grounds are also kept neat and nice, with lovely flowers and a forest for the back yard. Definitely hope to come back here again!”
