“I booked a 3-night single room starting on the same day through Hotels.com. They told me they'd get back to me one day prior to my lodging start, but they got back to me within an hour with instructions. Which were majorly wrong. First, there was no house door security, so anyone off the street could walk in - I never saw the house door closed. The back door was also open, so there was free passage from the road to the back yard. A cat had just birthed 3 kittens, and they used the house living……
