“Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and……

“The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!”

“Convenient location, comfortable beds, kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. It was great for our group of 4.”

“Parking for one vehicle, within 10 feet from door of location.”

“We had a great stay. We felt safe and it was in a good area.”

“Really nice and chilled location, accommodation was spotless”

“Very nice and clean. Very quiet and relaxing location.”

“We had an overall great experience staying here! The location was fantastic, and the room itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The hosts were absolutely amazing and so accommodating throughout our stay, we would definitely choose to stay here again. The only small issues we encountered were a bit out of the hosts' control, but worth noting: maintenance arrived to mow the lawn during the holiday weekend, which unfortunately got some dirt on our truck. It would have been better if that……

“Very cute property in a fun spot - we had a great time!”

“😊”

“We LOVED our stay here. The condo is very spacious, well-stocked, comfortable. Communication is on point! The balcony view is very relaxing. The deer coming up at night is the BEST! The grounds are very well kept. Lower pool is very nice, BUT the river is amazing. Whether you want to sit by the river, in the river, swim, tube, kayak, fish. It is the best. The condo is in a great location as well. Very convenient to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, many eateries. WE HAD THE BEST TIME! Thank you!”

“The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. We had no trouble parking it right in front of the house. The Check process is tedious but manageable. Asking you to contact them within 24……
