when i booked the stay i did not know it provided a light dinner and a buffet breakfast (i was aware of breakfast), but this was a more filling breakfast . It was great to know. Everyone was polite and friendly. Outstanding employees.

My spouse and I love the hospitality since the moment we got there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location itself is spectacular. We loved the views from the terrace and the easy access to the river. Thank you for helping us make good memories for our date night!

Awesome hotel and facilities… we enjoyed our stay and would love to go back to San Antonio and this hotel. The hotel is a historic bank building and it made us feel like we lived partly in those times. The river walk was easily accessible through the hotel. There were good breakfast options and evening refreshments were available for guests. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean .

The stay was excellent, I always love to stay at the Drury, this stay they so happened to have rekey the whole building and upon our return back to the bldg our key did not work, it was dark and no one was answering the call button and we had an issue with a homeless guy yelling at the back door. But other than that our stay was beautiful.

Loved my stay! The hotel is beautiful! The pool and hot tub on roof top was the highlight of my stay! Breakfast is great! Homelessness on the Riverwalk seems to be getting worse. Which this is not the hotels fault but it’s just everywhere not only at this hotel.

This property is just does the best in everything you could imagine the is so friendly and helpful. We took some friends with us and they were just blown away with how clean and friendly everyone was. If we go back this would be our first choice in hotels.

Valet parking issue: Valet could not locate our vehicle. 3 different employees looked at the issue. We waited for 1.5 hours for the staff to tell us it was located with out an explanationon what happened!!

It was awesome the only thing is that it is a smoke free hotel but when I booked a room on the 16th floor as I got off the elevator it smells like cigarette smoke and a light smell of cigarettes inside my hotel room
