Relax and rewind
This was the perfect stay for us to celebrate our anniversary and my 60th birthday. We truly enjoyed sitting on the porch swing looking out over the property, listening to the birds and doing 'nothing' We had all of the comforts of home provided when we arrived. We only needed to bring clothing and food. My dog was widely spoiled, and now insists she wants to be a country dog (we live in the city with a fenced in yard :) ) If you are on the fence about this property - I highly recommend staying here !

Remote Getaway
Beautiful remote cabin perfect for a family getaway. Many games, extra beds, comfy couches, plenty yard for the dog to run, and a fireplace great for family time. It is perfect for a few people or a large group. Very very great place!

Must stay!
You can’t beat the location of this home! Such a quiet, private and peaceful piece of property. The house was fully stocked and has all the supplies you could possibly think of. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

So glad we decided to get this home instead of getting a hotel when we came back to the are to visit family. We were able to have them over for a visit and play pool and just relax. I am really going to miss sitting on the porch in the early morning

Great place away
Beautiful property, very private. Great for our family to retreat for a few days after our activities. Our kids loved the loft and looking for wildlife. Highly recommend and will be back when we’re in the area.

Spotless, quiet, and perfect
We traveled to the area to do some kayaking, and the house was amazing. We've rented VRBO homes for years and this has to be tops on the list. The house and property couldn't have been cleaner or well maintained. The quiet was appreciated, and it finally cleared up to see the stars. Our 5 month old Golden puppy enjoyed every inch of the 20 acres. With both Salt Fork and Seneca Lake so close to the house, we will definitely be back.

Spring break trip

Exceeded our hopes in every way
We had such a great experience and getaway weekend at the cabin. The woods around the property made for interesting and toddler-friendly exploration and the owners even sent a snow plow to help us get out of the driveway after a 10-12” winter storm. Top of the line across the board! We’ll be back each season!

Anniversary getaway
Beautiful location and cabin. Peaceful and quiet. Close grocery store, right off the highway. Our dogs had a blast sitting on the front porch.. It was a little tricky getting into the cabin using the keypad / lock and property owner didn't respond immediately when we called for assistance. We never were able to get cable TV to work, even after calling the property owner for advice, but got Netflix and Hulu to work on the smart TV. Found some dirty dishes in the cupboards and some dirty blankets in the loft. A bit disappointed with the walking paths on the property, but Salt Fork State Park is not far away.

Enjoy a Cabin in the woods!
While it is a little hard to find, it is truly a great property. Plenty of room in the cabin, good water pressure, and nice bathroom, kitchen and great room. 10 min to a Walmart if you forget something.

Great vacation. House is located perfectly for boating at Salt Fork and Seneca lake. Plenty of room to turn the boat around. Nice covered porch with a great fire pit to enjoy after a day on the boat. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Far Flung Forest
A very nice get-a-way. We wanted peace and quiet without annoying sirens and traffic. Perfect for reconnecting with nature. Loved the rustic yet updated accommodations. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing time.

Great Cabin
Great cabin! Loved the fire pit and games. Close to The Wilds and Salt Fork State Park. Sofa bed worked for the kids but will bring an air mattress next time because it was very uncomfortable.

Great Getaway
Our stay was so enjoyable we will definitely be back! The home is new construction and is absolutely beautiful. The open floor plan and high ceilings made for a very livable and cozy setting. Anniversary getaway
The property is secluded as described and the house is new and clean. The grill definitely needs replaced as the one would not light at all and the second one only one burner worked. It was very difficult to cook our anniversary steak dinner on one burner. The water cooler was not full and we ran out of drinking water on our second day. We were told we could go to Walmart and get water and the owner would reimburse us. We were not about to leave the property to get water, luckily we planned ahead and brought cases of drinking water. Overall the time spent here was very peaceful and relaxing. If this was my property, I would upgrade the grills, and the cooking utensils. Whenever we go to different places we like to enjoy the comforts of home but be in a new space.
