As noted in previous reviews, I would also not rent this cabin again. I also had trouble getting in contact with the host via the VRBO app. I was able to find a phone number in an email and when I left a voicemail, I started receiving replies to my VRBO messages. The television in the living room was not connected. Where the hot tub was located the area was dirty with leaves, debris and cobwebs. I didn’t message the host just cleaned it up myself. Someone also noted contracting pink eye. It may be a coincidence but I also developed a very bad eye infection that had to be treated by an ophthalmologist and a medical specialist. I agree that there is a discrepancy between the pictures online and the state of the cabin currently. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedding and especially the bathroom!I have rented many times before and been very satisfied. This for me was more than disappointing.

This was such a cute little cabin! The location was perfect and just minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge. Host was amazing as well. They messaged while we were there to make sure everything was okay as well as messaged after we checked out to thank us for staying. We will definitely look at staying in this cabin again in the future!

This is a nice cabin that will certainly serve you well. The hosts were very responsive with their promptness, and providing information. The cabin was very quiet and peaceful.I want to put out there for people to be able to evaluate whether this is the right place for their stay.If all you want is a peaceful place with no bells and whistles, that is close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, then this place will work wonderfully for you.Full disclosure:Houses all around, but peaceful.Pool table is partially unusable. One wall and the slanted ceiling make it impossible to play (sticks are too long to take a shot). The whole area is tight. If you dont care about pool, then dont worry, bu do not choose this place because it has a pool table.The hot tub is very small and uncomfortable. This was a big deal for us. We chose it with majpr consideration of the hot tub and sitting on the peaceful back deck. We have a hot tub at home and are spoiled by its size I guess. This tub just wasn't relaxing and comfortable. If you don't have a hot tub to compare to, youll probably love it. If you have a hot tub, do not choose this place for its hot tub.The pictures were taken in the winter. There is NO mountain view in summer. It's a beautiful tree filled back area, but if you want a mountain view, do not choose this place in summer.Some basic maintenance with sink and tub drains/plugs, spray nozzle, lights and deck cleaning is needed.But a nice stay at a quiet place.

Really Nice Cabin!

This was my family’s first time staying in a cabin and we snuggled in perfectly! We’re a family of 6. We had everything we needed. The location was nice and just a few miles from the attractions. The hosts kept in touch with us frequently. If you love peace, quiet, and country living, this is for you. It was truly a home away from home!

It was as expected mainly used for sleeping only as we traveled the area. Bears came to visit and investigate. Very hilly location and recommended returning before dark.Great location to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Host was very responsive.

I would not recommend staying here!!!

When we first arrived the outside porch was absolutely disgusting and dirty when we went inside light bulb was broken and some of the wood was broken. The tv in the main bedroom the sound does not work. Where the hot tub is located the whole back porch was absolutely disgusting covered in spiders and poop. A few days in our stay we discovered cockroaches on the kitchen floor which my husband is very allergic to. My husband also went to take a nap upstairs to stay away from the kitchen and three hours later woke up with pink eye that the urgent care said he most likely got from the pillow he was sleeping on. The pictures are not how the property looks. We were so sad and disappointed because we spent a lot of money to be there. I would not recommend this property with the current state it is in. If I could give below one star I would we will not be coming back. We also have rented many properties in that area and they have always been excellent with no problems this is our first bad experience.

Very cute cabin with all of the amenities. This cabin was conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and was comfortable. Communication with the host was fast.

Great home…high up the mountain….

The house was as described, it is quaint and clean for the most part. The base boards were a little dirty in the bedroom but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The outside had a few missing pieces of “siding” on the bottom of the fireplace. The drive up and down the mountain is a little long. It is 25 min to the Gatlinburg strip and 20 min to Pigeon Forge. The roads are narrow and winding but not a deal breaker. The houses are a little close together, we had some rowdy neighbors across the street one night that partied until 6am. We could hear them talking and their music was loud. Not a problem of the home owners but just something to be aware of if you want seclusion. All and all a good stay. We would rent there again.

Spring Break with 2 kids and 2 dogs

The property was adorable and perfect for 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place andnit had all the little things you would need and was very clean.

Completed a bunch of hikes in the Smoky mountain park there was snow and ice all over the mountains were snow capped mountains. Kids loved it. the Cabin was really nice

Nice and Cozy

Nice and cozy cabin for a small family getaway!! Next time I'll pay more attention to the weather because we had to pack and leave early do to a winter storm coming through. Cabin is kinda in the mountains and up a steep drive.

Cozy cabin!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Beds were comfortable, house was clean. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. Great location- good views and lots of wild life. We came back one night to find a mama bear and 4 cubs around the cabin. We had to hang out in the car for a bit until they wandered off. Really cool to see. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend extend stay

We absolutely fell in love with this cabin so much so we even asked to extend our stay!!! We stay in this area every year. But we have finally found a cabin we will use each and every year to come. Perfect placement on the mountain just far enough out but also an easy drive into town. The cabin has absolutely everything you could possibly need in super clean. Can not wait to plan next years trip! We have never had such amazing and responsive host.

My family of 4 plus my parents stayed at this cabin. Loved the space, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen that the cabin offered. Made the stay much easier than a hotel. Beautiful location in the mountains. Hosts were great at communicating. Loved our stay!
