We stayed at the Hazel cabin in early June. It is a beautiful cabin, there were 13 of us 3 of those being toddlers. The kitchen and baths were stocked well. We all loved it and hated to leave. A bear even wandered through the back yard and also a family of turkeys. The only improvement i would say is a larger trash can in the kitchen. It was too small for a house built for large families. The bags are large much bigger than the can. But we had a terrific time.

Spring break in the mountains

This home is amazing!! It was equipped with everything that our large gruop needed. We really enjoyed the special touches that were left by the host (local pancake mix and fully stocked coffee station). It made our first morning easy having the essentials as we hadn't had time to do a full scale grocery shopping run after our long drive.The house is exactly as pictured and the cleanliness was 5 star. We appreciated all of the space and the downstairs game room and bunk room was the perfect area for our 5 boys! The location was great in proximity to all of the attractions we were interested in and the views were absolutely breathtaking. .Gatlinburg area!itto y

Cliffside modern cabin

The home was gorgeous. The Kitchen was well stopped except for large pots. The trees have grown up so you can’t enjoy the view, But that’s not really important to us anyway. There was plenty of room. The beds slept good. Everything was clean and maintained. The couches were very low to the ground So it made it difficult for older people to get up And some younger people. Lol. Would I stay here again absolutely

Great Cabin for a peaceful family vacation

Great place to have a vacation with our family. House is a perfect distance from Gatlinburg. We had minor issues with the cabin but the property manager was quick to resolve them.

Clean & beautiful cabin with minor issues

The cabin was beautiful and nice and clean. It was perfect for a large family to stay to be able to spread out. There were just a few minor issues with the cabin but you’ll have that. We was a little disappointed in the view. Overall I would recommend.

Beautiful Home

This home is very large, 7 bathrooms, and well maintained. We enjoyed the games, pool table, hot tub, and Ms PacMan on the arcade machine. Missed a true fireplace as the living room fire place is essentially a heater (fake fire) and not even gas. The home is not close to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but was still a beautiful and quiet get away for us to enjoy our four college kids on fall break.

It was a dream

We enjoyed the house and location so much! Coming up our GPS took us on the most winding road though. It made us question where in the world we were going to land. By the next day we had figured out much better ways to get around and avoid that road.😊 It is located strategically convenient to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house was gorgeous. What a nice array of things to do at the house. There were all kinds of games, a pool table, a foosball table, hot tub and a video game machine just to name a few. Of course my personal favorite was the view and peaceful surroundings. What a great place to be able to share a few days with the family!! Thank you so much for everything.

Hazel by Advant Stay

We were literally left hanging by Advant Stay as we were driving to the cabin, only 12 hours away. We were told the cabin had endangered bats that could not be removed and we could not stay in cabin that we had booked a year in advance. They called and just canceled our reservation as 14 people were traveling from several states away and we were not given another property to stay at. It was horrible to say the least.we had no computers only phones to find another cabin quickly if at all. They did not help find one and we had to put out another 5K without getting a full refund on the first cabin for a week. They gave us nothing extra for this huge inconvenience.

Everything we expected.

The cabin itself was awesome and fit our family perfectly. The location to the attractions we wanted to see was great. There was a glitch with the Wi-Fi which was fixed right away. Josh was great to work with on that issue. Some maintenance issues needed to be addressed like the dishwasher that didn't work and a tub that wouldn't seal, but these were looked into by the Avant team promptly. We would definitely do this again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Adults had a great time and the children had a great time! I like that each room has its own bathroom and a half bath near the kitchen… Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend it!

Family Vacation

Overall the property was a good fit for our family (age 21-78). The layout was good for when we wanted to spend time together but we also had places to retreat to when we needed some quiet time. Everything was clean and AvantStay made the whole process easy. There were a few small details that could be improved on considering how much money we spent, but nothing that would cause a bad review.

Even Better in Person

This cabin was everything and had everything we needed. We had a itinerary but the cabin was so cozy we found ourselves just having a staycation. We enjoyed all the cabin offered. The host has an abundance of games already in the cabin. Along with a pool table and a throwback game machine with a ton of games. A few of our people also got in the hot tub as well.

Birthday Party

We surprised my husband for a 70th birthday party at the cabin. We had never done this before and thought it would be a nice surprise. We all had a great time and enjoyed our visit very much. Accomodations were perfect and the kitchen well stocked with necessary items. It's a great place to stay and I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you!

Great location.

The home is located in a very private and pretty wooded area. It was nice everyone was able to have there own space. The kitchen table was large enough for all nine of us to sit at together. The hot tub was used a couple of times and enjoyed. And, welcoming to have string lights on when we came back at night.

Quick Family getaway

The cabin was nice. It was stocked very well and loved the decor. Big down fall was the hot tub people were there when we arrived and worked on the hot tub for a good hour. They said they didnt know we were coming and had just refilled the hot tub and told us it would be too cold to use. . Since they just refilled it we couldnt use it which was something we really wanted to be able to do. It was cold and had a very strong chemical smell. That was very disappointing. Also the yard was grown up. The air conditioner was covered in overgrowth so you may want to send someone over bc it is covered up and over working due to all the overgrowth.

Remote Wooded Location away from hustle and bustle

The house was nice, for a city person this was very remote and quiet. Large enough for our older kids family group to get together and spend some time with each other. Most of us could fit in the kitchen or at the counter for meal times which was fun.

Nice secluded cabin

This was a very well appointed cabin that was perfect for our 4 different families splitting. Each had their own bed and private bath which was a huge plus. It is a little out there but perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I liked the fact the cabins are not right on top of each other as they are in some other communities we have stayed at.

A Lovely Smokey Mountains Retreat !

This house did not disappoint! We were a large group of family and friends and there was plenty of space for everyone! A gorgeous drive up the mountain to the cabin and lovely views from the balconies. Plenty of room with 3 levels and fun games and a fantastic kitchen. Grab your bunch and book Hazel!
