“The room was excellent and the staff were all lovely. We had dinner the first evening but somehow our order got 'lost' and we waited an hour for the food from ordering. Meanwhile, meals were being brought out for diners around us. No one seemed to notice that we were waiting and waiting..... However, the staff were very apologetic, the food was delicious (when it finally arrived) and we were not charged for it in the end. Overall, a great place to stay- and eat- and we would recommend.”

"We had a wonderful stay! The gardens are beautiful, and it was the perfect spot for a staycation with our blind Maltese (who gets around in a stroller). What truly blew us away was the service, when we arrived for breakfast, a staff member spotted us from afar and rushed over to open the door for us. Such a thoughtful touch! We would happily stay here again."
