We had a nice time reconnecting with friends at this cabin. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and then some. There was a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig along with supplies for both. There was no WiFi and our phones did not work well either. The view was lovely and it was possible to carefully walk down to the water where you would be able to put in kayaks or tubes if you wanted. The immediate drive in and out was quite steep, but if you gun it to get out, you can make it in any type of car. We parked 3 cars fairly easily. There was a couple staying in the adjacent small cabin who parked one car. I don’t think we could have fit anyone else. The back decks to the 2 cabins are connected, but both cabins have separate seating areas. Unfortunately, we had to endure smoking from the other renters while we were all outside together. Just fyi, there are no window coverings on the shared spaces inside the house. We had to turn the hot water on when we realized we were only getting cold in the showers! But we figured it out. We had a raccoon who was a nightly visitor in the back and was used to being fed. He was cute, but I don’t recommend petting him haha! Upstairs there was a deck from the bedroom, but beware of the wasps out there! There were too many to count, so we didn’t ever use it. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a Pizza Hut and a very good Mexican restaurant. Campbell Point Marina is also down the way. Fun stay!
