“This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.”

“My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️”

“This property was ideal for us. Super clean throughout the entire place and in a quiet neighborhood. We were arriving super late and there snacks waiting for us after our long drive to LA. Communication was easy and we could tell the great care that has been taken to make sure the apartment is in great condition. We would definitely book this place again.”

“My husband and I absolutely loved this charming pool cottage! It’s in a very family friendly neighborhood and close enough to the action without being in the chaos of downtown. We loved ending our nights in the hot tub with a cold beverage, perfect way to end the night! The host was super friendly and we loved having treats to give his sweet dog when we saw him. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area!”

“We especially loved the deck. The kitchenette is a bit limited, and getting luggage up and down the winding steps is a little tough, but the place is otherwise really nice. Comfortable bed, efficient layout, helpful host, good location.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! “My sister, and I very much enjoyed our trip to Los Angeles, staying in this charming apartment in the Hollywood Hills. Apart from the steep steps to get down to the apartment, there was nothing we can find at fault! Very comfortable, and all the kitchen equipment you could need. we were there in February so it was a little chilly, but there were heaters in every room, so that was not a problem. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!”

“The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: For the most part the apartment was quiet and private. The beds are comfy and the towels absorbant. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with just the basics. It’s situated in a great location- 2 blocks from Core Power Yoga, and less than 10 minutes from Old Town Pasadena. Cons: The pillows on the beds could be improved significantly, and the bedding would be better if it was bamboo or cotton as it didn’t breathe the best. There were also no oven...
