“The property is in great shape. Nice kitchen, great open layout on 1st floor with lots of seating and 2 car garage. 2nd floor has ample space in the bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms. Love the 2nd floor covered patio. 3rd floor bedroom and rooftop patio are awesome. Only drawback, is the street noise. But, location and proximity to everything is great. Walkable, and close to the beach, and close to the bay. ”

“Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The beds were soft but not particularly comfortable and were very loud every time you shifted positions (bed was creaky and comforter was crinkly). “Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...

“I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. ”
