“The hotel was flooded by heavy rain and the elevator was out of service and the seats were wet and the reception was also flooded and there were no guests seats to set on it at the reception during registration process not to mention that the room door locking system was not available and the two manual room keys that I had received were like the master key that opens any of the doors. Which means non secure doors.”

“The location is absolutely amazing. The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature, mountains, and lots of greenery, so waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The villa itself was wonderful, very spacious, and nicely decorated. My main concern was the cleanliness and maintenance. Unfortunately, the place did not feel as clean or well-maintained as I expected. There were quite a lot of bugs, which is understandable to some extent given that the villa is surrounded……
