"We stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for 5 nights and had no issues! The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was on point and even called us near the end to ask if we needed any service before our checkout day. The breakfast was a huge plus! Eggs and meat every morning on top of bagels or pastries. We had a kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, and flatware as well as pots and pans. The neighborhood was good and walking distance to a lot! There is a grocery store nearby that we went to often. There are also a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The next time we are in town, I will book here. "

"Every staff member from check in to check out was delightful. We were able to check into our room early on arrival day on checkout day we were able to leave our bags with the front desk so that we could go touring. They were very helpful in providing a reasonable shuttle to get to our cruise ship close proximity to space needle, and 1 mile walk to waterfront and marketplace"

"Only interaction with the staff was at the check-in. Seemed friendly. I had my sister over to check Bellevue and Seattle. Location is very convenient for shopping and doing groceries, driving down to visit other areas and cities. The parking lot is quite small, and having shared spaces with two restaurants didn’t help when we tried to get back late evening. Room is clean, view outside is okay, bathroom is good, overall good. Mostly quiet in the hallways and neighbors, but the elevator needs work. Quite old and outdated, doesn’t feel safe. For the price under $150 per night, I will say it’s great considering the location. "
