Not too bad for price!!

Room was very small but clean, bed near window felt very damp, as condensation was running down windows! very cold in evening central heating just put on for about 3/4 of an hour in late evening!! Had to get into bed to keep warm!! Breakfast was the best thing about our stay, it was freshly cooked by hostess and hot!

our stay at stepping stones skegness was fantastic was greeted on booking in by the owner with friendliness made us feel at home.slept very well in comfortable beds and in the morning we enjoyed a full breakfast which was well up to the mark of 5 star if we ever think of staying at skegness for a few nights again would definately check to see if there was any vacant rooms here first well done to the owners on there friendly spirit and top quality bed and breakfast would recomend to friends.

Warm welcome

Very warm welcome. Parking was right outside so unloading the car was simplicity. Nice quiet area, but only a short walk to the main area.

Too noisy

Curtains so thin you could read a book at 4:00 in the morning. So noisy too with the constant traffic throughout the night, even with the windows closed. Which was impossible as it was so hot. Bathroom very small but at least ensuite. Breakfast was good as were the hosts. Reasonably priced B&B, just couldn’t get more than 3 hours sleep.

Nice hotel. Close to fair and amusements.

Hotel is good value for money. Room clean and staff are lovely and cannoot do enough for you. Good choice for breakfast too and well fed!

Nice hotel, owners were really great and welcoming, it was a short 5 minute walk from the main attractions on the front. Breakfast was great and they were really accomadating. I would definately stay again.

A wonderful place, clean and warm. Quiet, calm. Breakfast fresh and made immediately after ordering. I recommend to anyone who does not like huge hotels with a lot of people. Fantastic owners! :) My daughters are very happy, we will definitely come back here!!

"BED - I think NOT

Unfortunately the only good thing about this stay was the fact I was given a downstairs room as requested. My single "bed" was actually the bottom of a bunk bed and therefore had no headboard, nor was the bed against a wall - bit of a worry that the pillow would fall off. No shampoo either so washed my hair in Shower gel. Televison right above my "bed" therefore very noisy if the other person in the room wanted to use the television. Please put in a proper a proper "bed". I am only 5'2" and therefore had leg room - pity the poor person who was taller than me having to sleep in a bottom of a bunk bed as majority of bunk beds are geared towards children.

Had a lovely weekend at Stepping Stones. The owners were very friendly. We got there a little early which they were happy for us to go in before time booked. Food was lovely. Would recommend...already have and will be returning. Thank you Stepping Stones.

very pleasant stay, clean and welcoming

Owners were absolutely lovely and very helpful from the minute you get there. Everything is walking distance away, and there is absolutely something for everyone we had a lovely welcoming stay and would definately go back. Room is lovely and clean and bed is amazingly comfortable. Room has everything you need. Breakfast was lovely cooked freshly on arrival and a good selection. Dining room is also very clean and tidy. All in all we had a lovely 2 nights, very quiet although very close to everything

Stepping stones B&B

A nice friendly B&B. Rooms clean and fresh. Breakfast is lovely all freshly cooked, cereal and fruit juice are available. Owners are friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd visit and we would definitely go back. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pier.
