Esta es una casa adosada muy exclusiva frente al mar con 5 habitaciones que pueden alojar hasta 14 personas, la unidad tiene 3 niveles de vida que están decorados profesionalmente con gusto de diseño. La casa adosada se encuentra en Villa's By the Sea en el lado tranquilo de North Topsail Beach.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el 3er piso con una excelente vista al mar, tiene un baño privado, bañera de hidromasaje y un balcón privado con vista a las espectaculares vistas del océano.

El segundo piso tiene tres dormitorios más, son los siguientes:
2nd Bedroom: es una suite que tiene un baño privado de tamaño completo con acceso al balcón y vistas al océano.
3er dormitorio: tiene una cama queen size también con acceso al balcón y vistas al océano.
Cuarto dormitorio: tiene 2 juegos de literas que dan a la fantástica vía fluvial intercostera, viene con TV, ideal para los niños.

Hay un baño extra grande en el segundo piso al lado de los 3 dormitorios.

El primer piso tiene un amplio comedor que puede acomodar hasta 13 personas cómodamente con sillas de bar en la barra de la cocina para comidas informales. Hay una gran sala de estar con área de bar en el primer piso, la bañera de hidromasaje también se encuentra en el balcón del primer piso, la bañera de hidromasaje puede alojar cómodamente a 5 personas para disfrutar de la espectacular vista al mar en cualquier momento.

El quinto dormitorio también se encuentra en el primer piso, tiene una gran cama queen que se conecta al baño completo. Esta espaciosa habitación está orientada a la vía fluvial intercostera con vistas al barco.

Para comodidad de los huéspedes, el elevador en la planta baja va directamente al área de la sala de estar y la cocina del primer piso.

Esta casa está a pocos pasos del muelle de pesca frente al mar, es ideal para la pesca de día y de noche. Si le gustan las rondas de golf, hay un club de golf a una milla de la casa, abierto al público durante todo el año.

El balcón del primer piso tiene una pasarela que conduce al océano con su propia área de playa privada para que disfrute del sol o simplemente mire a sus hijos jugar con las olas del océano. El área frente al mar de la casa adosada está allí para que usted y su familia disfruten de su océano en cualquier momento. Venga a relajarse y disfrute de los amaneceres y puestas de sol en la arena blanca del océano, mientras se encuentra en su bañera de hidromasaje privada o disfruta de una comida en la espaciosa terraza frente al mar. This property served our family well for our stay at North Topsail! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook a great meal! The location was amazing! The hot tub and community pool were the icing on the cake! The owner and the property manager were both very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay! Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

A nice stay

The host was communicative and the location was very nice. We saw dolphins everyday from the deck! The beds were comfortable and the layout worked well for three families. It was a positive experience overall.

Vacation Bliss

Other than some initial difficulty with getting the elevator to work the house is beautiful with a perfect location on the beach. Quiet area, stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and toys. The owner was very responsive. We do wish the beds were premade as it was challenging to make the top bunks but like that we knew the sheets were clean. Would like to have known that was the case with the comforters though. We would definitely look at renting again!

Family Trip

We had a wonderful family vacation in October. We enjoyed a short walk to the pier and one day we saw a double rainbow over the pier. It was gorgeous!! The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is beachfront with plenty of comfortable rooms and a deck to sit on to enjoy the view. Instructions to enter via the elevator were clear. Good communication with the homeowner and property manager. This is a beautiful beach house for a vacation!

Beautiful Beach House!

Family Beach Trip 2023

House was beautiful, kitchen generously stocked, beds and furniture very comfortable. We had gorgeous weather for the week and everyone enjoyed swimming in the ocean and the community pool! We also had a great time meeting our neighbors who happen to own the adjoining unit! Will definitely book again!

Family Get Together

The house was/is amazing!! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Very clean and inviting. The house was top notch from top to bottom. We made most of our meals there and enjoyed the spacious kitchen we could work together in! View is spectacular- we saw dolphins almost every day - So Fun! Such a relaxing time - the dining room table was roomy enough for my daughter to do a puzzle on one end and had plenty of room for all of us to dine together and play games on the rest of it. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for letting us make your home ours for a week. Wish we could have stayed longer... We'll be back!

Perfect Seaside Retreat

This property has it all! Oceanfront, a hot tub to watch the sunsets on the beach and beautiful interior to make you feel like you are being treated on your beach getaway. The host was amazing and went above and beyond for our last minute holiday booking. I didn’t want to leave! Shirt walk to the pier and next door to the best gluten-free restaurant on the NC coast! The regular food is delicious too! We biked, played tennis and got our beach time in. Truly amazing you won’t want to miss out!

Amazing Location in N Topsail

This was a perfect place for three families with young children. The beach is great- tidal pools and not crowded with plenty of space even at high tide. House was really lovely and well maintained with a perfect lay out for large dinners, cooking and entertaining children. Community pool is so close and such a great option especially for young kids. Donna was so helpful at check in and throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. Loved this place and will be booking again!

Beautiful, cozy, accessible

This property exceeded our expectations! Brenda and Donna were very responsive with all of our questions prior and during our stay. Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We found the top floor bedroom a little warmer than others, but that is expected for a top floor room. Brenda had a ceiling fan and portable fan to keep our family cool up there. It worked out well and they felt cool when sleeping the whole week. Our family found all the beds to be very comfortable. The beach access was incredible. You can’t get much closer than that! The community pool was recently renovated and very well maintained. It’s a short walk from the unit. The private hot tub was a huge bonus for us. My dad has a bad knee and appreciated the elevator to the first floor living area/bedroom. This unit was perfect for him since there were limited stairs and it was a short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. We made many large family dinners. One addition we might suggest is an ice maker. Although, the freezer made Ice very quick. Some of us were working remote and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. You can tell Brenda took the time to make sure all the little things were in each room. Plenty of hooks to hang wet suits or towels, travel size toiletries, ceiling fans in each room, waterfall like shower heads, and beach equipment for everyone in the storage closet! This property is about 7 minutes to the grocery store and some shops. It was close to everything you could need, but not crowded at all. We are looking forward to coming back again next summer to this unit. Thank you Brenda and Donna!
