Welcome to Still Smilin' #180, a beautiful Landmark Vacation Rentals property located in the peaceful Scotch Bonnet Community. This stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom modern beach home offers breathtaking views of both the ocean and sound, with multiple decks for you to soak in the coastal beauty. Enjoy the convenience of a walkable beach access, a community pool, and a private fenced-in backyard, perfect for your furry friends (pet-friendly with an additional $300 per dog fee, two dogs max). With an elevator, an outdoor shower, and a grill, Still Smilin' is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway!

This thoughtfully designed retreat features a master suite with a king-sized bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and an additional seating area with access to a private ocean-view deck. There are three additional bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds and deck access. The reverse floor plan maximizes panoramic ocean views from the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. The well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, ample cabinet space, and a pantry—perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach.

The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. The carport has covered parking for two vehicles. An extra-long driveway fits several more vehicles.

Linens are included and beds will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Perfect location for a beach family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House has all the amenities we needed, and the public beach access is a real perk. We appreciated having the elevator for toting our luggage upstairs.
