“I would recommend QiQi Hirai House which is conveniently located 4 min away from a train station and in a quiet neighborhood (away from busy parts of Tokyo). There is a good amount of moms/pops restaurants in the vicinity as well as a really nice neighborhood market that has everything. It has everything needed for a long stay. On a side note, I would advise drying items on a line versus using a dryer in case you are used to a reg. American standard dryer. We were provided with detergent and...

“This property has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. There was a bit of confusion about the address but the property manager was super helpful. The pictures are completely accurate. i would recommend it and would stay there again.”

“The manager is super nice, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a residential area. It was only a few minute walk to a family mart, 7-11 and to a train station. Having multiple bathroom was nice because there were 5 of us. It was just different that we had to go on the 2nd and 3rd floor to use the toilet. The ground floor had the shower so we always had to bring up our dirty clothes up to wash it. But it felt very comfortable! ”

“Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...
